Sgt Hotspur and Bearer arrived at ACF Camp on the Saturday morning. Due to the training programme and shortage of adult staff, the Bear was unable to make an appearance until the Disney trip. However, he was bear-napped by persons unknown, ransom was two tins of cola. Thankfully, the SBS (Special Bear Service) swung into action and rescued him without ransom being paid. Rumour is that the Royal Irish Regiment had something to do with it.
Anyway ... on with the plot.We arrived at Disneyland Paris around 9am and queued to get into the park. It was nice and sunny, if a little hot, for a couple of hours ... and then it got VERY wet with torrential rain for most of the day. Bear had a few cuddles and one young Polish lady, Sirri, gave him a huge cuddle before Bear tried to make off with the soft drink wagon.
Later on that day, Bear made a break for it in the Wild West Park when he spotted a chuck wagon [and the Pretzel wagon] before going for a well deserved nap in the sheriff's chair at the jailhouse ...
Bear had a lovely time seeing all the various Disney attractions, but has a faint feeling that it would have been even nicer in Florida!
ED: There is a slight indication that the Bearer had not been feeding Sgt Hotspur properly. Investigations are underway!!
